A brand that knows its products inside out: "Shampoo doesn't lather the first time. Rub it in, wet it, rub it in again, it will lather." This kept me from getting angry and saying "The shampoo doesn't work". As a result, this customer proximity made me love the product. What's more, my hair is now beautifully nourished and shiny. When will we have a shampoo and conditioner for curls?
