HOW TO USE IT
Apply a dab of toothpaste ORGANIC, make aaaaaaaah, and brush all over for 3 minutes. Easy, not complicated!
Dentists recommend changing your toothbrush every three months. Remove the bristles from your old toothbrush, and head for the compost heap (or chimney).

It's a good thing I waited a while to give my opinion! This morning, after a week's use, I had the unpleasant surprise of finding the bristles of the brush in my mouth, very unpleasant ... I'm not sure I'll continue with these brushes!
