Frequently Asked Questions

How long does 400ml last?

It all depends on how often you use it 🙂
With an application equivalent to a nut of shower gel once a day, the product will last about 1 1/2 months for a single adult.
For shampoo, which is used less frequently, count on about 3 months. Of course, this depends on the length of your hair...
As for intimate gel, which is used in smaller quantities, it will last you almost 4 months!

Is this treatment suitable for pregnant / breastfeeding women?

Only ORGANIC Fresh Kiss protective toothpaste, Minter is Coming whitening toothpaste, ORGANIC Margar'éclat fabric mask and ORGANIC Sorbet Givré purifying shampoo should be avoided as a precautionary measure, as they contain essential oil, which is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. ❎

All our other products are suitable for pregnant women. All our formulations are designed to be as healthy as possible: certified ORGANIC, they contain a minimum of 97% ingredients of natural origin. 🌿

If in doubt, ask your doctor for advice, using the full INCI list on each product sheet.

Can I use it for my child?

All our formulations are designed to be as healthy as possible: certified ORGANIC, they contain a minimum of 99% ingredients of natural origin. 🌿 They are therefore ideal for caring for all skin and hair types, from age 3!

As far as face care is concerned, you can use Magic Mousse cleansing foam from pre-adolescence onwards (around 9-10 years), when the first little skin concerns appear. The rest of the anti-imperfection range is recommended after the onset of puberty, from age 12-13!

If in doubt, ask your paediatrician for advice, using the full INCI list on each product sheet.

What to do with the empty tube/bottle?

We're constantly working to improve our packaging, reduce the amount of plastic and cardboard used, and thereby reduce our environmental footprint.
Our tubes, bottles and cartons are made of recycled plastic from old milk bottles or FSC-labeled recycled cardboard (from sustainably managed forests), and are 100% recyclable.
But they won't be recycled unless they're sorted, and for that, YOU have the power!
So don't forget: once you've finished, place the packaging in the YELLOW BIN 💛

Please note!
- 400mL max formats: unscrew the pump and dispose of in the black garbage can.
- Serums: the dropper (pipette) must be unscrewed and disposed of in the black garbage can.

How much to use for an optimal wash?

We often tend to use far too much product, which is not only unnecessary for your skin, but also wasteful and damaging to both the planet and your wallet.
Remember: just because a product lathers more doesn't mean it's more effective in terms of cleansing. What counts is its washing properties, and therefore the surfactant used!

  • For a shower gel, the equivalent of a walnut in the palm of the hand, spread over the body.
  • For a shampoo or conditioner, the equivalent of a €2 coin (or a little more if your hair is very long).
  • For toothpaste, a pea-sized dose will do the trick.

Do your hygiene products contain sulfates?

We have banned sulfated surfactants (= washing active ingredients) from our formulas, as they are of petrochemical origin and particularly irritating to the skin, especially for daily use. The most common of these sulfates, found in 90% of conventional hygiene products, is Sodium Lauryl (or Laureth) Sulfate. Used on a daily basis, it dries out the skin, making it more vulnerable to external aggressions; in the shampoo version, it strips the hair and suffocates the scalp by stimulating sebum production: euuuh no that'll do, thanks 😉

Our surfactants are all of natural origin, derived from sugar or coconut, and authorized by the independent certification label ORGANIC Cosmos Ecocert. Extremely gentle on the skin, they cleanse effectively without disturbing the natural balance of the skin's microbiota.
